1. Structural Design
Multi-section Lifting Guide Column: The multi-section lifting guide column design features incomplete separation between the sections, forming a closed, overlapping structure. This design allows the lifting guide column to sway with the wind in strong winds, but as long as the tower base is stable, the lighthouse will not be blown over or bent.
External Flexible Support Column: External flexible support columns are installed in the tower module and work in conjunction with the lifting guide columns to enhance overall stability.
Hydraulic Oil Chamber: A hydraulic oil chamber is located inside the fixed sleeve. The bottom of the movable baffle contacts the hydraulic oil, absorbing external vibrations and further enhancing stability.
2. Support and Fixing
Hydraulic Support Arm: The lighthouse base utilizes an extended hydraulic support arm to expand the support area, achieving a wind resistance rating of at least level 8 and enhancing operational safety.
Support Legs: Multiple support legs are designed to ensure stability in strong winds. Retractable Support Legs: The chassis is equipped with retractable support legs. When the vehicle is parked, the legs extend outward and support the ground, enhancing the mobile light tower's wind and tilt resistance.
3. Material Selection
High-Strength Aluminum Alloy: The telescopic light tower mast is constructed from high-strength aluminum alloy with an anodized surface for corrosion protection. This ensures a sound structure, safety, and reliability, and the mast can withstand force 6 winds when raised.
High-Quality Imported Metal: Constructed entirely of high-quality imported metal, the tower boasts a compact structure and stable performance, ensuring proper operation in harsh environments and weather conditions. It is rated 8 for rain, water, and wind resistance.
4. Operation and Maintenance
Regular Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect the structure, hydraulic system, and electrical system to ensure the equipment is in good condition.
Lubrication and Maintenance: Regularly lubricate moving parts to reduce wear.
Safety Testing: Regular load testing is performed to ensure equipment safety.
