1. Daily inspection
Oil level check: Check the hydraulic oil level before starting every day to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range.
Leakage check: Check the hydraulic system for leaks before each use, focusing on the pump shaft seal, valve block interface, cylinder piston rod and other parts.
Oil temperature check: During operation, ensure that the hydraulic oil temperature is controlled between 30℃ and 60℃. If it exceeds 80℃, the machine needs to be shut down to check the cooling system.
2. Regular inspection
Weekly inspection: Clean the hydraulic system thoroughly every week, wipe the dust and oil on the surface of the oil tank, hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder, etc.
Monthly inspection: Check the filter status of the hydraulic system every month, and replace the return oil filter and high-pressure filter every 1 to 3 months according to the usage.
Quarterly inspection: Check the operating sound and sealing performance of the hydraulic pump every quarter to ensure its normal operation.
Semi-annual inspection: Check the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump every six months. If it is less than 80%, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
Annual inspection: Replace the seals of the hydraulic system every year, especially for equipment used in high temperature environments.
3. Long-term out-of-service maintenance
If the Telescopic Light Tower is out of service for a long time, the system oil should be drained, anti-rust oil should be injected after cleaning, the cylinder piston rod should be retracted to the shortest position, and grease should be applied to the exposed part to prevent rust.
4. Special circumstances
First operation: The hydraulic oil needs to be replaced after the first 200 hours of operation of the hydraulic system.
Oil replacement: After that, the hydraulic oil should be replaced every 2000 to 4000 hours or according to the oil quality test results.
