1. Temperature measurement
Use infrared thermometer: It can measure the surface temperature of key parts such as LED lamp beads and radiators non-contactly.
Thermocouple temperature measurement: Attach the thermocouple probe to the part to be detected and read the temperature data through the connected instrument.
2. Observe the working status
Light up the LED Mobile Lighting Tower for a long time and observe whether the lamp has obvious brightness attenuation, color change or flickering. If so, it may be caused by poor heat dissipation.
3. Check the cooling fan
If the tower is equipped with a cooling fan, listen to whether the fan is running normally, and whether there is any abnormal noise or jamming.
Feel the temperature and air volume of the wind blown by the fan. Too high air temperature or too small air volume may mean poor heat dissipation.
4. Thermal imaging detection
Use a thermal imager to scan the entire LED Mobile Lighting Tower, you can intuitively see the temperature distribution of different parts and quickly find overheating areas.
5. Monitor current and voltage
During the working process, detect the current and voltage input to the LED lamp. If the current or voltage is unstable, it may be due to the high temperature causing the LED characteristics to change, which indirectly reflects the heat dissipation problem.
6. Record the working time and temperature changes
Continue to light the tower, measure the temperature of key parts at regular intervals, and record it, observing the temperature rise rate over time and the final stable temperature.
7. Compare standard parameters
Check the product manual or technical specifications of the LED Mobile Lighting Tower to understand the normal operating temperature range and compare the actual temperature detected with it.
