1. Site Selection and Foundation Fixation

The ground must be flat and hard: Prioritize concrete surfaces, compacted dirt roads, or asphalt surfaces, avoiding muddy areas, slopes, or soft ground.

Reinforce with ground stakes or counterweights: For soft outdoor ground, anchor the base with ground stakes; on hard surfaces, add counterweights (usually ≥100kg) to improve stability.

2. Structural Connection Check

Each section of the light pole should be locked in place: After each telescopic pole section is extended, a "click" sound should be heard, or the mechanical limit pins should be observed to confirm locking.

Connecting bolts should be tight and not loose: Regularly check that the bolts on the base, mast, light head bracket, and other key components are tightened to prevent them from coming loose due to vibration.

3. Wind Resistance Verification

Wind Resistance Rating Matching Environment: Standard products should indicate their wind resistance rating (e.g., 8-level wind ≈ 20.8 m/s). Check the local weather forecast before use.

Adding Wind-resistant Cables (Growth Ropes): In high-wind conditions, it is recommended to install wind ropes from the top of the lighthouse in three directions (evenly distributed at 120°) and fix them to the ground anchor to significantly improve anti-tipping capability.

4. Dynamic Stability Test

Gentle Push Test: Gently push the upper middle part of the light pole by hand and observe whether there is significant shaking or the base tilting. If so, it needs to be reinforced.

In-Operation Monitoring: After turning on the lighting and raising the light pole to full height, observe whether the equipment exhibits abnormal vibration or unusual noises during operation.
