I. Core Lifting and Tower Structure (Major Overhaul Required)
1. Excessive Wear of Lifting Structure: Continuous jamming and abnormal noises occur during lifting, which cannot be resolved after changing the lubricating oil; or inspection of the lifting wire rope reveals broken wires or a wear diameter reduction exceeding 10% of the original diameter, requiring major overhaul and replacement of worn parts.
2. Irreversible Deformation or Stability Failure of the Tower: The tower cannot be restored to verticality after tilt correction; the guy wire cannot maintain uniform force after multiple tension adjustments; loosening occurs after grounding nails or base fixing; during annual grounding testing, the grounding resistance exceeds the standard requirements (≥10Ω for ordinary ground, ≥30Ω for special geological conditions), and cannot be repaired by simple adjustments.
3. Overall Performance Failure: During annual overall testing, the lifting function and rated load test fail to meet standards; excessive swaying and inability to lock the height occur under simulated usage scenarios, indicating insufficient structural strength, requiring major overhaul and reinforcement or replacement of damaged pole sections.
II. Lighting System Fails to Meet Needs (Major Overhaul Criteria)
1. Severe Overall Light Source Attenuation: Multiple lamps simultaneously experience a significant drop in brightness; over 70% of the light sources have a luminous flux maintenance rate below 70%. Replacing individual light sources cannot improve overall illuminance, requiring a complete overhaul and replacement of the entire light source assembly.
2. Extensive Damage to Optical Components: More than half of the lamp heads have cracked light-transmitting covers and oxidized, deformed reflectors, resulting in a significant reduction in light transmittance and reflectivity. Individual replacements are too costly, necessitating a complete overhaul and replacement of the entire lighting assembly.
III. Power Supply System Failures Cannot Be Repaired with Minor Repairs (Major Overhaul Required)
1. Diesel Engine Models: The engine fails to start normally after multiple repairs and adjustments, and the output voltage remains unstable, indicating wear and tear on core engine components, requiring a major engine overhaul.
2. Electrical System: The wiring is generally aged, with multiple instances of insulation damage, recurring short circuits and leakage faults. Simple repairs cannot completely resolve the issue, requiring a complete overhaul and replacement of the power supply wiring.
