1. Structural Stability Testing
Lifting System: Check if the pneumatic/hydraulic lifting rod operates smoothly, without shaking or jamming at the maximum height (e.g., 4.5 meters), and the wind resistance level must be above level 8.
Material Strength: The light pole must be made of aluminum alloy or high-strength steel, with no cracks or corrosion on the surface, and the welding points must be firm.
2. Lighting Performance Verification
Light Source Parameters: The LED lamp head must be 200W or more, with a coverage radius of 45-65 meters, and illuminance uniformity ≥0.7 (refer to classroom lighting standards).
Waterproof and Dustproof: IP65 or higher protection level to ensure normal use in rainy or dusty environments.
3. Safety and Compliance
Electrical Safety: Passed national 3C certification, grounding resistance ≤4Ω, insulation resistance ≥2MΩ.
Environmental Standards: Diesel models must comply with National VI emission standards, and solar models must pass TUV photovoltaic certification.
4. Functionality and Intelligence
Remote Control Response: Wireless remote control delay ≤1 second within 50 meters, supporting independent control of multiple lamp heads.
Energy Efficiency: Solar models must be fully charged within 8 hours and provide continuous lighting for ≥12 hours.
5. On-site Acceptance Standards
Post-installation Testing: No abnormal noise during the entire lifting process, 360° rotation of the lamp head without jamming, and continuous operation for 72 hours without failure.
Complete Documentation: Product certificate, test report (e.g., GB/T 31888-2015), and warranty certificate must be provided.
Precautions
Prioritize brands that have passed ISO9001 quality management system certification.
Regularly check the steel ropes, gear oil, and control system, and perform maintenance at least once a year.
