1. Perform a comprehensive maintenance check of the lifting system every quarter.
Inspect the lifting cable (steel wire rope) for wear, broken strands, or corrosion. Replace it immediately if more than 10% of a single strand is broken.
Apply high-temperature grease to key components such as rollers, intermediate shafts, bearings, cylinder pins, and boom hinges to ensure smooth transmission and prevent premature wear caused by dry friction.
Test the electrical performance of the electric lifting interface to ensure stable signal transmission between the remote control and control panel.
2. Check cable tension and structural stability.
Use a tension meter to test the cable tension and adjust it to the specified value to ensure even tension on each cable and prevent the tower from tilting.
Check for loose or pulled-out ground spikes. Apply anti-rust paint to metal connectors to prevent corrosion from affecting the overall structural safety.
3. Annual overall performance test.
Conduct a lifting function and load test annually to simulate actual working conditions and verify the system's lifting speed, stability, and braking effect under full load. Use a grounding resistance tester to check the lightning protection grounding system, ensuring the resistance is no greater than 10 ohms (no more than 30 ohms under special geological conditions) to guarantee safe operation during thunderstorms.
4. Daily Cleaning and Inspection
Regularly clean dust, oil, and debris from the lifting mast surface to prevent foreign objects from entering the guide rails and causing jamming.
Inspect the lightning rod, connection points, and pulley fixing points for signs of deformation, cracks, or loosening, and address any potential hazards promptly.
