1. Lamp Surface
Cleaning Frequency: Clean the lamp surface before each use.
Cleaning Method: Wipe the glass cover with a soft cloth. Stubborn stains can be removed with alcohol or a special cleaner.
2. Mast
Cleaning Frequency: Clean every 6 months. If used in a dusty environment, clean once a month.
Cleaning Method: Use a soft brush or air pump to remove dust to ensure smooth operation of the mast.
3. Air Filter
Cleaning Frequency: Clean every 3 months or after 50 hours of use. If used in a dusty environment, clean once a month.
Cleaning Method: Open the air filter cover and check that the air filter is clean. Replace if necessary.
4. Oil Filter Cup
Cleaning Frequency: Clean every 6 months. Cleaning Method: Turn the fuel valve to the OFF position, open the oil filter bowl counterclockwise, remove the O-ring and filter screen, clean the oil filter bowl, filter screen, and O-ring with solvent, replace the rubber gasket, and then tighten the oil filter bowl.
5. Engine
Cleaning Frequency: Check the engine oil before each use. Change the oil one month after the first use, and every six months thereafter.
Cleaning Method: Open the oil dipstick, unscrew the oil drain screw, drain the oil, install the oil drain screw and tighten it, and fill with the recommended oil to the upper limit.
6. Chassis
Cleaning Frequency: Clean the chassis weekly.
Cleaning Method: Rinse the body brackets to remove dirt and dirt. Avoid using a high-pressure water jet directly on the lights.
