1. Daily maintenance
Check the oil level: Check the hydraulic oil level before starting daily to ensure that the oil level is within the normal range.
Check for leaks: Check the hydraulic system for leaks, focusing on the pump shaft seal, valve block interface, cylinder piston rod and other parts.
Clean the system: Clean the surface of the hydraulic system regularly to remove dust and oil to maintain good heat dissipation and lighting effects.
2. Regular maintenance
Oil replacement: Replace the hydraulic oil after the first 200 hours of operation, and then replace it every 2000 to 4000 hours or according to the oil quality test results.
Filter element replacement: Replace the high-pressure filter every 1000 hours and the return oil filter every 500 hours.
Check the oil temperature: Ensure that the hydraulic oil temperature is controlled between 30℃ and 60℃. If it exceeds 80℃, stop the machine and check the cooling system.
Check the oil quality: Take samples regularly to test the contamination of the hydraulic oil to ensure that it meets the NAS1638 level ≤8.
3. Long-term maintenance
Hydraulic pump inspection: Check the volumetric efficiency of the hydraulic pump every six months. If it is less than 80%, it needs to be repaired or replaced.
Seal replacement: Replace the seals of the hydraulic system every year, especially for equipment used in high temperature environments.
Long-term out-of-service maintenance: If the equipment is out of service for a long time, the system oil should be drained, anti-rust oil should be injected after cleaning, the cylinder piston rod should be retracted to the shortest position, and grease should be applied to the exposed part to prevent rust.
4. Safety operation precautions
Pressure relief before maintenance: When the system is working or shut down without pressure relief or the control power is not cut off, it is prohibited to repair the hydraulic system to prevent personal injury.
Keep clean: The maintenance site should be kept clean, remove the dirt on the outer surface before removing the components or loosening the pipes, and seal the exposed channel openings with clean covers in time during maintenance to prevent pollutants from entering.
Avoid high temperature and humid environment: The hydraulic system should be avoided in high temperature and humid environment to prevent oil oxidation or water mixing.
