1. Daily maintenance
After each use: clean the dirt on the surface of the pole to prevent corrosion.
Before, during and after each shift: check whether the connecting bolts of each part are loose, and check whether the lifting mechanism, motor, cable and other components are normal.
2. Regular maintenance
Once a month: check whether the sealing ring is aging or damaged, check the wear of the motor carbon brush, and replace it if necessary.
Once a quarter: lubricate the telescopic joint and mechanical parts, check and replace the aging sealing ring.
Once every six months: check the insulation of the motor winding and clean the dust of the carbon brush.
3. Long-term maintenance
Once a year: conduct a comprehensive inspection and maintenance, including checking the wear, deformation, corrosion and other conditions of each component, and replace the components that are over-wear, severely deformed, and corroded.
4. Special circumstances
Long-term idleness: When not in use for a long time, shrink the lifting mast and store it in a dry place, clean it and apply anti-rust oil.
