Once a week: Perform a comprehensive inspection of the tripod lighthouse, including checking the fixing of the lamp head, the telescopic function of the lamp pole and the stability of the tripod.
3. Monthly maintenance
Once a month: Perform a comprehensive maintenance, including checking whether the light source of the lamp head is working properly, checking whether the telescopic mechanism of the lamp pole is worn, and checking whether the connecting parts of the tripod are firm.
4. Quarterly maintenance
Once a quarter: Perform a comprehensive overhaul of the tripod lighthouse, check whether the electrical system and mechanical system are normal, check the sealing of the lamp head, and ensure good waterproof performance.
5. Half-year maintenance
Every half year: conduct a comprehensive disassembly inspection of the tripod lighthouse, including the lamp head, lamp pole and various parts of the tripod, check for wear, deformation, corrosion, etc., and replace the parts that are excessively worn, severely deformed, or corroded.
6. Annual maintenance
Once a year: conduct large-scale overhauls, including replacement of aging seals, worn parts, etc., to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment.
Precautions
Storage environment: When not in use for a long time, the tripod lighthouse should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to avoid moisture and corrosion.
