1. Basic Inspection
Monthly: Check mechanical components (such as locking mechanisms and telescopic joints) for looseness or wear, and clean any surface dust and dirt.
Quarterly: Lubricate moving parts (bearings and guide rails) using a specialized grease (such as high-temperature lithium-based grease).
2. Advanced Maintenance
Semi-annually: Thoroughly inspect the electrical system (motor, control box), hydraulic system (such as electric masts), and seals, and replace any aging components.
Annually: Calibrate shaft alignment (for multiple masts in series) and test vibration amplitude (recommended ≤2.5mm/s).
II. Special Scenario Adjustments
For high-frequency use/harsh environments (such as vehicle-mounted or coastal areas):
Shorten the lubrication interval to monthly and apply additional anti-rust treatment (such as applying epoxy zinc-rich primer).
In humid environments, check the seals monthly to prevent internal rust. Long-term Storage:
Retract to its shortest length, cover with a dust cover, and store in a dry, ventilated place.
Remove and inspect the connections and relubricate every three months.
III. Key Maintenance Items
1. Lubrication Requirements
Preferably use anti-wear and anti-oxidation grease (such as molybdenum disulfide grease) instead of ordinary butter.
Clean the grease nipple before lubrication to ensure no impurities are present.
2. Wear Monitoring
Check the telescopic spline clearance (≤0.2mm) and cross shaft wear. Replace if excessive.
Listen for unusual noises and vibrations during operation, as these may indicate internal wear.
IV. Precautions
Avoid operation in strong winds or extreme weather to prevent overload damage.
For electric masts, regularly check the remote control battery and wiring connections.
