1. Core Performance Testing
Light Efficiency and Brightness: High-quality lamps have a light efficiency of ≥150 LM/W, with uniform brightness and no dark areas. This can be measured with a photometer or by comparing with products of the same power.
Color Temperature and Color Rendering: Stable color temperature (e.g., 4300K-6000K), color rendering index (CRI) ≥80, ensuring natural and unbiased light.
Flicker Detection: Observe the light with a mobile phone camera; no flickering stripes is ideal.
2. Structure and Durability
Material and Heat Dissipation: The casing should be made of flame-retardant engineering plastic, with a reasonable heat dissipation design (operating temperature ≤60℃) to prevent rapid light decay.
Bracket Stability: The tripod joints should be stable and not wobble after locking, supporting hydraulic lifting or counterweight windproof design.
3. Environmental Adaptability
Protection Level: Outdoor use requires IP65 or higher waterproof and dustproof rating; industrial scenarios require explosion-proof certification.
Weather Resistance: The LED beads should be UV-resistant and have gold-plated pins, adapting to high humidity or temperature changes.
4. Certification and Warranty
Safety Certification: Must pass CCC, CE, and other certifications, with rated voltage, power, and other information clearly marked on the packaging.
Warranty Service: Prioritize brands with a 5-year warranty, with clear warranty coverage for core components (such as drivers and LED beads).
5. Practical Scene Verification
Power-on Test: Operate continuously for 2 hours and check if the temperature rises too quickly (should not be too hot to the touch).
Multi-lamp Coordination: Multiple lamps should have uniform light spots and no overlapping shadows.
