I. Installation Requirements
1. Location Selection
Should be installed in conspicuous locations such as evacuation routes, safety exits, and stairwells, avoiding obstructions.
For outdoor use, ensure the ground is level and the wind resistance level is ≥8 (75km/h).
2. Height and Angle
Fixed luminaires are recommended to be installed at a height of 2-3 meters, with the light directed downwards to avoid glare.
Mobile lighting towers typically have a lifting height of 6-10 meters, covering a radius of 120-150 meters.
3. Power Supply and Wiring
Diesel-powered models must be kept away from flammable materials, and solar-powered models must ensure that the photovoltaic panels are unobstructed.
Wiring must comply with GB50303 standards, and plug connections are prohibited.
II. Usage Guidelines
1. Startup and Testing
Automatically switches to battery power when the power is cut off, with a battery life of ≥90 minutes (ordinary places) or ≥180 minutes (hospitals/shopping malls).
Regular manual testing: Press and hold the test button for 3 seconds to check the function, and perform a power outage test once a month.
2. Maintenance Points
Clean the surface of the luminaire and check the battery status (battery life is usually 3-5 years).
The hydraulic lifting system needs regular lubrication, and the LED luminaire life is approximately 50,000 hours.
III. Scene Adaptation Suggestions
Emergency Rescue: Prioritize solar-powered lighting towers, supporting 7-meter lifting, 600W LED lighting, and zero noise.
Construction Lighting: Diesel-powered models (5-10KW) are suitable for long-term operation, priced at approximately ¥5000-26000.
IV. Common Problems
Failure to Pass Acceptance: Check if the luminaire is installed on flammable materials and if the arrow direction is consistent with the evacuation path.
Insufficient Light Output: Ensure the total luminous flux of the LED is ≥64000lm, and add directional indicator lights every 20 meters in basements.
