I. Daily Inspection
1. Status Check
Check daily whether the lights are working properly and whether the evacuation direction indicators are correct.
Observe the battery charging status (main power green light, charging red light, fault yellow light).
2. Function Test
Manually trigger the emergency start button to verify that it automatically switches to battery power within 5 seconds.
Check if the protection level (outdoor IP67, ground IP65) meets the standards.
II. Monthly Maintenance
1. Equipment Inspection
Clean the light-transmitting surface of the lamps and check for damage or deformation of the casing.
Test the firmness of the cable connections to prevent loosening or short circuits.
2. Power Verification
Simulate a power outage and confirm that the emergency lighting continues to operate for ≥90 minutes (for ordinary places).
Check the overcharge/over-discharge protection function to prevent battery damage.
III. Annual In-depth Maintenance
1. Battery Replacement
Lithium iron phosphate batteries have a lifespan of 3-5 years and need to be replaced regularly and recorded.
The use of cobalt-containing lithium batteries (such as ternary lithium) is prohibited; only lithium iron phosphate technology is allowed.
2. System Upgrade
Update the control logic (such as intelligent linkage function) according to the new GB 17945-2024 regulations.
IV. Troubleshooting
Common problems: Lights not working, switching delay, communication interruption.
Troubleshooting steps: Prioritize checking the power module (voltage range 80%-120% of the rated value), then test the controller signal.
