1. Power and Electrical System Failures
Indicator light off: This may be due to a power outage or a blown fuse. Check the jack and replace the fuse.

2. Lift Function Malfunction

Hydraulic oil is contaminated or frozen. Filter the oil or replace with antifreeze hydraulic oil (such as N32 low-condensation oil).
Automatic Lowering: This may be due to an incomplete closure of the hand pump unloading valve, hydraulic oil leakage, or worn support valves. Reclose the valve, repair the leak, or replace the valve body.
3. Mechanical Problems
Lifting jams: This is often caused by blockage or pressure imbalance in the hydraulic system. Clean the oil circuit or use an intelligent pressure regulation system to optimize stability. Tower tilt/sway: Uneven tension on the guy wires or loose ground spikes. Calibrate the support legs and tighten the spikes.
4. Safety device failure
Limiter failure: Triggering an overload or travel limit risk, requiring shutdown for calibration or replacement of the limiter.
Lightning protection grounding abnormality: If the grounding resistance exceeds the standard (>10 ohms), inspect the grounding wire for corrosion.
5. Environmental adaptability failure
Hydraulic freezing in cold regions: Preheat the engine and replace the cold hydraulic oil.
Coastal corrosion: Check the galvanized coating on metal parts monthly and increase the frequency of anti-corrosion treatment.
Maintenance recommendations
Regular inspection: Test the lifting function, hydraulic oil condition, and safety devices monthly.
Intelligent monitoring: Use the IoT system to monitor parameters such as oil pressure and motor load in real time, providing early warning of failures.
