I. Daily inspection
1. Appearance inspection: Regularly check the overall appearance of the lighthouse, including whether the light poles, lamps, cables, etc. are damaged, deformed or corroded. Any problems found should be dealt with in a timely manner to prevent the occurrence of safety hazards.
2. Component inspection: Check whether the wire rope, fixing pins, bolts and other components are intact to ensure that there is no looseness, wear or breakage.
3. Electrical safety inspection: Check whether electrical components such as cables, terminals, switches, etc. are firmly connected, well insulated, and free of aging, breakage or exposure. Any problems found should be repaired or replaced in a timely manner to ensure the safety and reliability of the electrical system.
II. Cleaning and maintenance
1. Lamp cleaning: Regularly clean the reflector, lens, lamp pole and other components of the lamp to remove dust, dirt and bird droppings, etc. to maintain its good light transmittance and aesthetics. Appropriate cleaning tools and methods should be used for cleaning work to avoid damage to the lamp.
2. Windshield maintenance: Before the lighthouse lights up every day, clean deerskin or soft cloth should be used to wipe the inside and outside of the windshield. If there is oil stain, it can be wiped with degreased industrial alcohol, and then wiped clean with deerskin. For regular maintenance, you can use a soft brush or soft cloth soaked in detergent powder to apply the detergent powder on the glass inside and outside, and wipe the glass with suede after it dries. If there is putty falling off, it should be repaired in time.
3. Electrical system maintenance
1. Light source inspection: Check whether the light source is working properly and whether the brightness is sufficient. Light sources that are damaged or seriously attenuated should be replaced in time to maintain good lighting effects.
2. Generator maintenance:
Check the engine oil and air filter, and replace them if necessary.
Clean the oil filter cup regularly to prevent the fuel filter from being dirty or blocked.
Spark plugs (no diesel engine) should be cleaned and replaced regularly to ensure normal ignition.
4. Lifting system maintenance
1. Lifting mechanism inspection: Regularly check whether the motor, reducer, wire rope, pulley and other components of the lifting system are operating normally without wear, breakage or looseness. Problems found should be dealt with in a timely manner to ensure the stable operation of the lifting system.
2. Wire rope replacement: The wire rope is a key component of the lifting system and its wear should be checked regularly. When the wire rope has partial broken wires (no more than 3) or obvious wear or hard scratches, it should be replaced. The wire rope is generally replaced regularly every five years.
5. Lubrication and maintenance
1. Transmission component lubrication: Regularly lubricate and maintain the components that need lubrication, such as bearings, transmission components, etc., to reduce wear and friction resistance and extend service life.
2. Lubricant replacement: When the transmission lubricant (grease) is too dirty, it should be replaced, and ensure that there is enough lubricant in the worm gear box. It is strictly forbidden to work with less oil or no oil.
6. Storage management
1. Storage environment: Store the lighthouse in a dry and ventilated place, avoid direct sunlight and humid environment.
2. Create files: Create detailed maintenance files for the lighthouse, recording the time, content, maintenance personnel, problems found and treatment measures for each maintenance. This helps track the maintenance status of the equipment and provides a reference for subsequent maintenance work.
