1. Preparation before installation:
Check whether the pneumatic components are damaged during transportation and comply with various technical requirements.
Prepare the required equipment and tools, such as cameras, poles, screws and nuts, etc.
2. Install the pole:
Insert the pole into the pre-dug pit and ensure that the pole is vertical.
3. Install the camera:
Fix the camera on the pole and fix it with screws and nuts.
Adjust the angle of the camera so that its monitoring range meets the expectations.
4. Connect the line:
Depending on the camera type, connect the corresponding power cord and network cable to ensure a stable connection.
If it is a network cable-powered camera, connect the camera cable to the switch, then to the video recorder monitoring, and finally plug in the power supply.
5. Debugging and testing:
After the initial installation is completed, perform simple debugging to check whether the camera can be powered on and display the picture normally.
Check whether the insulation is damaged and pay attention to whether the voltage and frequency meet the technical requirements.
It is recommended to install a muffler or a muffler throttle valve at the exhaust port.
6. Fix the pole:
Fix the pole firmly to the ground with screws and nuts to ensure stability.
During the installation process, the following matters should also be noted:
The solenoid valve should be fixed firmly when installed, and be careful to prevent the fixed parts and joints from loosening.
Before taking over, please thoroughly rinse the inside of each pipe and clean the chips, coolant, dust, etc.
When using sealing tape or sealant, pay attention to the scope of winding or applying.
When wiring, turn off the compressed air and power supply first.
Do not use spindle oil or seam lubricating oil during installation.
