Foundation acceptance and preparation
1. Foundation acceptance: Before installing Telescopic Light Mast, the concrete foundation should be inspected to check whether its size, position, strength, etc. meet the design requirements. The foundation should be flat, crack-free, and free of hollowing.
2. Embedded parts inspection: Confirm that the embedded parts (such as anchor bolts, steel plates, etc.) in the foundation are accurately positioned, complete in quantity, and undamaged, and clean the oil and rust on the surface of the embedded parts.
3. Tool and material preparation: Prepare the tools (such as wrenches, screwdrivers, levels, etc.) and materials (such as gaskets, nuts, etc.) required for installation, and ensure their quality.
Installation process
1. Hoisting safety:
Use appropriate hoisting equipment (such as cranes, hoisting chains, etc.) to lift the light pole. The hoisting process should be smooth and slow to avoid collision between the light pole and surrounding objects.
Hoisting personnel should wear safety equipment and comply with safety operating procedures.
2. Alignment and initial fixation:
Align the light pole with the center of the foundation and initially fix it on the anchor bolts.
Pay attention to the verticality of the light pole, and use a level or theodolite to check and adjust it.
3. Tighten the bolts:
After the light pole is initially fixed, use a wrench or other tools to tighten the anchor bolts to the specified torque.
During the tightening process, attention should be paid to the uniform force of the bolts to avoid over-tightening or over-loosening.
Verticality recheck: After the light pole is tightened, use a level or theodolite to recheck the verticality of the light pole again to ensure that it is within the allowable deviation range.
Stability check: Gently shake the light pole to check whether it is stable and without shaking. If there is shaking, the tightness of the anchor bolts should be rechecked and adjusted.
Details and acceptance
1. Detail processing:
Fill the gap between the light pole and the foundation to prevent water or debris from entering.
Check whether there are scratches or damage on the surface of the light pole, and repair it in time.
Set up warning signs: During the installation of light poles, obvious warning signs and fences should be set up around the construction area to remind pedestrians and vehicles to pay attention to safety.
2. Acceptance:
All lamps are corrected for verticality and horizontal verticality, ensuring that the total verticality is ≤3% to be qualified.
Use a grounding megohmmeter to test the grounding system, and the grounding resistance is not more than 10 ohms.
Perform insulation tests before powering on to ensure that the insulation performance of the power supply cable is good. After powering on, carefully check and patrol to check whether the control of the lamps is flexible and accurate.
Other precautions
1. Lamp installation height: The installation height of lamps on the same street must be consistent (the height from the center of light to the ground), and the specific height is designed according to the street type and lamp type.
2. Fixing lamps and lamp poles: The lamps should be firmly and straight, without looseness or skew. The lamp body clamp should fit the pole, and the installation should not be too long.
3. Safety protection: Construction workers should wear safety equipment such as safety helmets, non-slip shoes, and protective gloves to prevent accidental injuries. And strictly abide by the safety operating procedures and on-site management regulations.
4. Reasonable use of light energy: During installation, make reasonable use of light energy to ensure that the light is evenly distributed when it falls on the ground. At the same time, the light distribution should be controlled according to the width of the road, passing vehicles and pedestrians.
5. Joint processing: A socket of appropriate length should be installed for each joint to avoid misoperation during installation.
