Multiple lamps failing simultaneously require checking the control circuit, circuit breaker, or power output for proper function.
3. Power Supply and Generator Issues
Difficulty starting the generator, black smoke, or unstable operation may involve spark plug carbon buildup, fuel system blockage, or insufficient engine oil.
No voltage output should be checked to ensure the AC circuit breaker is closed and the load equipment is not short-circuited.
4. Structural and Safety Component Hazards
Deformed support legs, cracked base, or damaged casters affect equipment stability and pose a risk of tipping over. 5. Electrical and Control System Malfunction
A malfunctioning remote control or unresponsive switches may indicate a damaged receiver module, a short circuit, or a faulty control panel.
Delayed lifting or lighting control signals require checking for aging cable insulation or damp connections.
6. Decreased Environmental Adaptability
Using in humid or dusty environments can lead to internal short circuits if the lighting fixture's protection rating decreases (e.g., IP67 seal failure).
Failure to ground during thunderstorms has resulted in control system burnout due to lightning strikes; the grounding connection must be checked.
