1. Strictly Follow the Steps: Follow the sequence of "Support Leg Fixing → Lifting Rod Installation → Cable Connection → Wire Rope Assembly," avoiding skipping steps or operating in reverse order. Each step should be checked by a designated person to ensure no omissions.
2. Ensure a Flat Ground and Stable Support: Before installation, check whether the working ground is firm and level, avoiding operation in soft, sloping, or waterlogged areas. Adjust the height of the three support legs to keep the vehicle level, which can be confirmed using a level (such as the Ocean King SFW6130 model).
3. Precisely Align the Lifting Rod and U-Shaped Bracket: When installing the lifting rod, ensure that the U-shaped bracket pin is fully inserted into the positioning hole of the lifting rod to prevent the rod from shifting or falling off during the lifting process due to misalignment.
4. Standardize cable connections and allow for slack: Six-core and four-core cables must be connected one-to-one to prevent control signal malfunctions; leave 15-20cm of cable slack outside the vehicle to avoid damage during lifting and lowering, and ensure the Grout joints are tightly sealed.
5. Correctly wind the wire rope: Follow the standardized path of "winch → bottom pulley → lifting rod front pulley → pullback and fixing" to avoid skipping or tangling, ensuring smooth lifting and lowering.
6. Pre-power-on inspection: Before starting the generator set or connecting the power supply, check that all fixing pins and bolts are tightened, the wire rope tension is uniform, and the lighting angle is adjustable. Only proceed with trial operation after confirming everything is correct.
