If the lifting mast cannot move, check if the motor is powered on and if there are any abnormal noises. Determine if the failure is due to overload or worn carbon brushes.
If there is jamming or abnormal noise, focus on checking if the wire rope has jumped out of its groove, broken strands, if the pulleys are deformed, and if there is a hydraulic oil leak.
If the lifting mast shakes, it indicates that the guide rail is deformed or the fasteners are loose. Stop the machine and check its structural stability.
2. Determining the Fault Point of the Lighting System
Single lamp not working: Check the corresponding LED beads, ballast, and wiring connections to rule out localized damage.
Multiple lamps not working: Check the main control circuit, relays, and power output module to confirm if a short circuit has triggered overload protection.
Diminished brightness or flickering: Check for unstable voltage, poor wiring contact, or poor heat dissipation of the lamps causing light decay.
3. Determining the Fault Point of the Power Supply and Generator
Difficulty starting: Check for common problems such as spark plug carbon buildup, clogged fuel filter, and insufficient engine oil.
Black smoke: Usually indicates incomplete combustion, possibly due to clogged fuel injectors or an intake system malfunction.
No power output: Check the AC circuit breaker status, whether the windings are burnt out, and test the output voltage.
4. Control System Fault Diagnosis
Remote control malfunction: Confirm sufficient battery power and eliminate signal interference; if the control panel is unresponsive, check if the receiver module is damaged.
Buttons unresponsive: Test circuit continuity and check for connector oxidation or cable insulation aging.
5. Structural and Safety Device Fault Diagnosis
Deformed support legs or cracked base: Visually inspect and use a level to confirm if the equipment is tilted.
Damaged casters: Check if the wheels are jammed or the brakes are malfunctioning, affecting movement and stability.
Unconnected grounding wire: Operating in thunderstorms or humid environments can easily cause lightning strikes and damage to the control system; the grounding status must be checked.
