I. Regular Maintenance
1. Cleaning and Inspection:
Regular Cleaning: Remove dust and dirt from the lamp body, solar panels (if applicable), and lamp cover to maintain light transmittance and heat dissipation efficiency.
Inspection Components: Regularly inspect the lamp head, battery, cable connections, hydraulic system (if applicable), etc., and promptly address any looseness, damage, or leaks.
2. Replacement of Wear Parts:
Bullets/Light Source: Replace promptly based on usage time (usually 1-3 years) or brightness decay.
Batteries: Lead-acid batteries have a lifespan of approximately 3-5 years; replace them when performance significantly deteriorates.
Hydraulic Oil and Seals: For hydraulic lifting towers, regularly changing the hydraulic oil and inspecting and replacing oil seals are crucial for ensuring system lifespan.
Professional Maintenance: For large or complex towers, it is recommended to contact professionals regularly for comprehensive inspection and maintenance.
II. Proper Use and Operation
1. Avoid Overloading: Do not use the tower for extended periods exceeding its rated power.
2. Smooth Operation: Avoid violent shaking or collisions during lifting and lowering. Ensure the equipment is placed on a solid, level surface.
3. Minimize Frequent Switching: Avoid frequent power-on and power-off cycles in a short period to prevent damage to the light source and circuitry.
III. Environmental Adaptability and Protection
1. Protection Rating: Select a lighthouse with an IP65 or higher protection rating, effectively preventing dust and water damage and adapting to complex outdoor environments.
2. Extreme Weather Response:
High Temperature: In high-temperature environments, ensure proper equipment heat dissipation and avoid direct sunlight to prevent overheating.
Low Temperature: In cold regions, take antifreeze measures for the hydraulic system in winter, or replace the hydraulic oil with low-temperature hydraulic oil.
Lightning Protection and Grounding: In open areas or areas prone to thunderstorms, ensure the lighthouse has adequate lightning protection grounding.
IV. Long-Term Storage and Maintenance
1. Clean Storage: When not in use for extended periods, thoroughly clean the equipment and store it in a dry, well-ventilated warehouse.
2. Power Disconnection: Disconnect all power connections, especially the battery, to prevent electrical leakage.
3. Regular inspection: Even during storage, the equipment status should be checked regularly (e.g., quarterly), and the equipment should be started and run for a period of time to prevent the components from aging.
