1. Installing the support legs: Remove the pins securing the support legs on both sides of the rear of the vehicle, pull the support legs out to the appropriate position, and insert the fixing pins. Adjust the height of the support legs by rocking the lever to lift the wheels off the ground, allowing the entire weight of the vehicle to be supported by the support legs, ensuring the stability of the equipment during operation.
2. Installing the lifting mast: Raise the lifting mast to the top of the vehicle body, place it inside the U-shaped bracket, and ensure that the pins inside the bracket are inserted into the positioning holes on the lifting mast. This step requires careful alignment of the holes to prevent misalignment or jamming during lifting.
3. Connecting the cables: Connect the six-core and four-core cables from the lifting mast into the vehicle body through the large and small Glencore connectors on the vehicle body, respectively. Connect the cables according to the diagram, ensuring that each cable corresponds correctly.
4. Installation of the Wire Rope: Leave a 15-20cm slack in the cable during installation to prevent strain during lifting. Tighten the Grünner connector to ensure a tight seal.
5. Wire Rope Installation: Remove the locating pin from the front pulley of the vehicle body. Thread the wire rope from the winch through the bottom square hole, around the front pulley of the lifting rod, and pull it back to the vehicle body. Reinstall the pulley and locating pin. The wire rope is a crucial component for power transmission during lifting; ensure it is smoothly wound and free of knots.
6. Inspection and Debugging: After installation, check that all connections are secure, test the lifting function, and confirm that the lighting system has a stable power supply and can rotate 360°.
⚠️ During installation, ensure the ground is level and the equipment is stable. No one should stand at height during high-altitude work to avoid the risk of tipping over. In windy conditions (above force 6), installation should be postponed or reinforcement measures should be taken.
